Objectives

THE OBJECTIVES OF SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT ASSOCIATION

To organize seminar, safety programs to promote the cause of industrial safety and health among the industrial units, their employer and the General Public and may also publish books and periodicals pertaining to Safety, Health and Environment protection.
To act as a consulting body to help the industries to solve their Safety, Health & Pollution problems by offering services to them.
To assist industries on collection of any technical literature, pertaining to Safety, Health and Environment.
To develop Standard Operating Procedure for the hazardous materials handled in the industries.
To discuss the cause of accidents the remedial measures.
To discuss the statutory requirements and new development of the safety and Environment laws to guide the industries for their compliance.
To develop Environment Health and Safety data bank and library on the subjects of Industrial, Health & Environment.
To develop expert groups on various disciplines of Industrial Safety, Health Pollution control.
To visit the Industries and identify the hazards and to guide them on their Safety, Health and Environment problems.
To revise and update the On Site, Off Site, emergency plans, safety manuals and other commonly useful materials.
To help the Industries for mutual aid needed for technical assistance and emergency planning.

Our Vision

To control and minimise Industrial accident by training and sharing information to improve the health of workmen and control occupation disease by corrective action, pre and regular medical checkup etc., environmental issues and their remedies.
